How I eliminated coffee in my diet and rid myself of “the jitters”

For years, like most people “who run on dunkin,” I was an avid coffee drinker and thoroughly enjoyed my cup(s) of coffee a day. One in the morning followed by a nice visit to the can. One in the mid afternoon as I begin to realize my day sucks and then another following the one that woke me up to realizing my day is still sucking.

Then maybe, just maybe another one as I left my life-fulfilling job to drive home and not die at the wheel due to a complete lack of soul fulfillment. That is 4 cups of coffee but I know I do not even compare to the people who drink 1-3 pots a day. I have no cure for you guys. Just kidding, I do so keep reading!
